A common Multiple number is a multiple of two or more numbers.

Example

Multiple of 3 and 4:

So, the common multiples of 3 and 4 are: 12, 24, …

Least Common Multiple

Least Common Multiple is smallest positive number that is a multiple of two or more numbers. It is simply the smallest of common multiples.

From the previous example, the Least Common Multiple of 3 and 4 is 12
